Joining Greenfield Academy
Everything you need, in the order you’ll need it. The application takes about ten minutes.
What happens, and when

Before you apply
What a family needs to have ready.
Please have these ready before you begin:
- The child’s birth certificate or age declaration
- A recent passport photograph
- The last report card from their present school, if they have one
- A transfer certificate, for a child joining mid-year
The form takes about ten minutes. We give you a reference so you can come back to it later.

The child’s details, the family’s details, and the documents.

Our decision
We write to you with the outcome.

Accept and pay
The first payment of school fees secures the place.
Once this payment reaches us your child is on the register, and we send you their admission number.

Welcome
The child joins the register and receives an admission number.
What you’ll need
Documents to upload
- Birth certificate or age declaration — A clear photograph of the document is fine.
- Passport photograph — Plain background, taken within the last year.
- Last report card — Only if the child has been to school before. (optional)
